This photo was taken on the "Top of Europe" - Jungfrau, Swiss Alps. It holds a special place in my heart for I was traveling with my beloved mom. Her journal entry,
"I feel closest to God when I am in the mountains.
When I am traveling through the Swiss Alps, the sense of peace and reverence fills my heart.
This is what heaven must be like."

I'm Nancy Jean Rose, a Legacy Doula, and owner of Compass Rose Memories. As long as I can remember,
I have been a storyteller, a legacy scribe, photographer and a creative curator. For over 25 years, I served as a Communications/Development Director for non-profit organizations in the Chicagoland area.
My creative experience includes extensive volunteer work in global mission programs, hospice visitations, and community outreach. In my re"inspire"ment years, I have decided to open my own private practice.
Such joy to continue to share and care!
When I am not curating stories and photos, I love to travel, cycle, and hug my furkids.
